On the main app screen you will get to choose between our 12-week workout guide and the 4-move calisthenics course.
The workout guide consist of 12 weeks, each of which includes 5 workout sessions. The calisthenics course will teach you how to perform 4 different moves with only a few lessons.
To begin a workout, just tap the workout guide, select a week and choose your session. See how many sets and reps of each exercise you have to perform and tap the first exercise to see a video demonstration of it. Once you've finished with an exercise, tap the "completed" button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next one. Once you've completed your workout, tap "finish workout" to return to the main app screen.
To learn a new move, just tap the calisthenics course and select it. Choose a lesson, play the video and follow the instructions to begin.
